Please note that if you are using insurance to pay for your session, you are still responsible for paying your deductible and copayment (if applicable) at the time of the session.

Below are some questions that you may want to ask your insurance provider about your mental health coverage. This will help us to process your billing information in a timely manner.

5)What is my deductible amount that has been met so far this year?

6) Is pre-authorization needed to begin my sessions?


Rates

My fee is $130 for the first 50 minute session and $120 for each 50 minute session after initial session.

Average Cost Per Session:  $85-130


Reduced Fee Services (Sliding scale) are available on a limited basis.  Please call me for more information.


Payment

If you are not using insurance to pay for my services, please be prepared to pay in full at the time of your session.


Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Discover, Mastercard, Visa


Missed Appointment/No-Show Policy:  Your scheduled appointment time is reserved solely for you. I cannot bill your insurance for a missed session. If you do not show up for an appointment or cancel without 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay a $60 missed appointment fee. Of course, I understand that life happens and there will be exceptions in case of sudden illness or unforeseen emergencies and I reserve my right to change this policy on a per-case basis.
